Your streak is currently kept in this browser alone — clearing its data, or moving to another device, loses it. A passkey is what makes it yours: a key stored by your browser or password manager, instead of an account with a password. One tap creates it — there is nothing to remember.

• What we store: a random player number, the daily puzzles you solved, your solve times and how often you used a hint.
• What we never store: your name, email address, IP address, or anything else that could identify you.
• Your solving history comes with you: the days you have already finished stay on the same player number the passkey is added to.
• If you lose the passkey (for example by clearing your password manager), your streak history cannot be recovered.
